Unveiling IvSign for Microsoft Office 365: Digital Signatures in the Cloud

The sales manager of Ivnosys Soluciones, Sergio Ruiz Sierra, along with the managing director, Víctor Tortosa, introduced IvSign in July at the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) in Toronto, Canada.

The IvSign Office 365 is a tool designed to centralize digital signatures in the cloud and enable users to electronically sign Microsoft Word* documents without having to install digital certificates on their device.
The add-in provides reliability and security for documents, safeguarding a private certificate key that can be used from any device running Office 365.

IvSign makes it possible to audit and monitor every use of a private key and to delegate the management of digital certificates without compromising security.

With IvSign, users can provide their organization with an electronic signing system that is free of complications and external applications. In addition, users can use their certificate in the cloud as if it were installed in the certificate store on a Windows device, with the same level of security as a smart card, allowing it to be used on every existing website and in every application.

IvSign has ISO 27001 certification and meets the requirements of the New European REGULATIONS for electronic identification and trusted services.
