The third additional provision of Law 20/2013 of  Unit Market Guarantee establishes the obligation to publish in the Platform for Public Sector Procurement any information regarding the bidding, awarding and formalization of contracts not considered minor.

This obligation is independent of whether or not is also  published in the the particular contracting profile of each organ, but once the contract is published in the Platform for Public Sector Procurement, can be dispensed from local contractor profile.

On the other hand, Article 8 of Law 19/2013 of Transparency warns that all the published contracts should indicate the purpose, duration, bidding and award amounts, the procedure used, the instruments used to publish them, the number of bidders, the identity of the contractor and contract modifications.

An effective and convenient solution for city halls to manage these tasks is Agent SC. This Ivnosys Soluciones application allows them to have a complete control of all the contracts in the Platform for Public Sector Procurement, including editing, publishing and completion of necessary statistics, which also includes minor procurement.
