Ivnosys performs no cross-border processing of data from its clients without having abided by one of the circumstances permitted as such. More specifically, Ivnosys stores data in Google servers in the United States of America, under authorisation from the Spanish Data Protection Agency of July 2017 (vid. expediente Google TI/00153/2017).
Ivnosys® has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the integrity, availability and confidentiality of the personal data it processes. Ivnosys® therefore applies the security measures required by the security principle and only contracts -despite its higher cost- internet service providers (ISP) that comply with the strictest international standards regarding information security management.
