WE PRESENT IVSIGN’S NEW APP: SECURE SIGNATURE WITHOUT COMPLICATIONS

IvSign’s new app, developed by Ivnosys, is now available for Android and iOS.

With a simple and intuitive design, IvSign’s new app lets you to sign electronically in a safe way documents in PDF format from the user’s mobile device.

In this way, IvSign users have a fast and secure way to use their centralized digital certificates from smartphones or tablets and they can sign electronically PDF files anytime and anywhere.

The application allows you to sign documents in just three easy steps:

First, you need to access to a PDF file and from the options menu of the PDF reader application (e.g. Adobe Reader), to share or to send the file to IvSign’s app.

When the user is already in IvSign’s app, you have two options: create a new signature or validate an existing one. If you choose the option to sign the file, the application will display all centralized digital certificates in your IvSign account. After the user selects their digital certificate and inserts the personal PIN to ensure security, the file will be digitally sign.

Finally, the user can send the signed PDF to any application from the share option to, for example, send the document by mail.

IvSign mobile application, from the first version, seeks the simplicity, usability and immediacy to sign documents with digital certificate. In the next updates, it’s also planned that the app integrates other functionalities that are already offered in the platform, such as the delegation of certificates or the audit of any activity that occurs from the user profile.

Through the application, users will also continue to enjoy the benefits of the recent alliance between IvSign and Azure, which enables companies to have a global data center infrastructure only within the reach of Microsoft.

To celebrate this common project, we offer free registration to IvSign from Azure and a test certificate stored on the platform. In this way, any user can discover our product of centralization of certificates and digital signature without having to perform any installation.
